IRB Infra (#NSE IRB) – struggling to scale the peak

Sept 9, 2010: In August, it broke to new highs on low volume, couln;t keep up and fell through. It is consolidating before trying to scale the peak again. Aug 2, 2010: IRB is trying to break free to new 3-year highs, it’s getting the volume and need to sustain it for a few days.
